Benjamin Boakye
CEO & Principal Consultant
Benjamin is a finance and technology professional with experience across banking, fintech and digital transformation. At institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, he has worked in business performance analytics, financial planning, budgeting and cost control.
He has led data-driven decision-making, streamlined operations, introduced digital tools and aligned IT strategy with business goals, managing cross-functional teams and designing business intelligence solutions along the way.
He also consults on road asset management, supporting infrastructure data transformation with Ghana's Ministry of Roads and Highways. At TrioHorse Global, he brings this mix of finance, data and technology to every client engagement.
